Education and Qualifications	• Bachelors degree in Accounting from a United States Department of Education (USDE) accredited university • Management Experience of 5+ years in an accounting environment • Accounting experience with a manufacturing company • Cost Accounting experience • History of employment stability
Required Skills	Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate: • Advance knowledge of GAAP • Knowledge and understanding of Cost Accounting • MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. • Ability to perform analytical reasoning • Ability to manage and supervise an accounting team • Excellent interpersonal communication and management skills • Able to work with minimum direction and supervision
Job Duties	Job duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: • Responsible for integrity of accounting system • Monthly and year end closing journal entries • Approve trade credit and manage collections in according with Credit Policy Manual • Audit expense reimbursements • Audit A/P (Received not vouchered) • Monthly audit of demos and fixed assets • Monthly reconciliation of Inventory - Perpetual to General Ledger • Manage A/P, A/R, and payroll processes with parent corporation • Monthly Division financial reporting to parent corporation • Manage accounting department staff • Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements	Successful candidates must be able to perform the following: • Ability to type and work efficiently on a computer • Must be able to lift 20 lbs. from the floor to above your head. • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time required.
Other	Reports to the General Manager A basic English and Math test will be administered as part of the pre-selection process.  The successful candidate must also pass a physical and a drug test as condition for continued employment.
