Location:  Redlands, CA. 

Compensation: Full time hourly plus benefits. (Non-Exempt Employee).

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalency required, and NTMA Certificate strongly preferred

 
Job Skills
  • • Work history evidencing stable employment history
  • • Must be mechanically inclined
  • • Must be reliable and capable of working independently
  • • Proficient in reading English
  • • 3+ years prior machine shop experience preferred
  • • Strong mechanical knowledge
  • • Able to read and understand mechanical blue prints of parts
  • • Able to do basic math and geometric operations
  • • Experience operating a Haas CNC or similar a plus
 
Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • • Competent work with a manual lathe and milling equipment
  • • Able to use band saws, drill press, grinders, & tool sharpeners
  • • Follow all safety rules at all times
  • • Perform second and third operations on parts from CNC
  • • Maintain quality of work
  • • Clean and maintain work area daily
  • • Collaborate effectively with other members of the team
   
 
Physical & Other Requirements
  • • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. from the floor to waist-level
  • • Must have good hearing and vision.
  • • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time required.
