Compensation: Full time salary plus benefits. (Non-Exempt Employee).

Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalency required. Associate of Science degree in Electronics or similar technical degree preferred.
Requirements

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

  • • Experience:

    - Electronics Manufacturing / Electro-Mechanical assembly: 3+ years required
    - Prior electronics test experience a plus

  • • Experience using electronics lab equipment: Multimeters & oscilloscope preferred
  • • Ability to read assembly drawings and schematics preferred
  • • History of stable prior employment
  • • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • • Ability to read and comprehend Basic Math & English
   
Job Duties

Job duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • • Perform board level, cable, and sub-assembly Pass/Fail testing
  • • Workmanship and nonconformance reporting
  • • Establish daily work order priorities
  • • Provide feedback to our Quality and Engineering teams
  • • Maintain test fixtures
  • • Strong interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written
  • • Must maintain a clean and organized work area
  • • Must follow all procedures established for ISO 9001 and ISO 17025
  • • Other duties as assigned
   
Physical Requirements

Successful Candidates must be able to perform the following:

  • • Ability to perform intricate hand manipulations, such as soldering, using a screw driver, and similar actions.
  • • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • • Must be able to push a cart
  • • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time required
  • • Must have ability to distinguish between colors
   
Other

 The successful candidate must pass a physical and a drug test as condition for continued employment.
